      Fantastic leadership by Gail Kelly. Culture, diversity and employee engagement is important to this company. Theres many opportunities to move within the company.

      Cons

      None really, but I guess it depends what team/division you work for which will depend on compensaton, promotions etc. As much as you don't want, theres politics in every employer.
