Pros
It’s close to home, and many lower level employees are great - it’s mainly the management at Toll that have created and condone a toxic culture, is all about the ‘boys club’.
Cons
Frequent indecision, difficult to stay on track, easily distracted and incompetent middle management. Little to no accountability, and led by a few key managers that are out of depth, despite the self proclaimed ‘experts’. Toll is a true example of profit over people.
