Pros

- Flexible Hours - Good pay considering the other retail jobs out there - Good stepping stone if you're looking to go into management, but not be a full manager

Cons

- Telco retail sales is very different to regular retail. You're dealing with customer issues - You are expected to act as a manager or assistant manager, even though you don't have the designation of a manager - You have no real authority as a Specialist

Cons

Limited progression opportunities and no additional income through bonus, etc.
