The only thing that was good is the micro-culture each teams create.
Cons
The HR is really bad, the career progression and compensation isnt going to be aligned with the market. Try to negotiate for a high salary at the start, because once you're inside, there aren't any HR systems in place to help you progress higher both in rank and salary.
