Pros
Great for gaining experience for anyone new/returning to the workforce. Simple and easy systems to get the hang of. A diverse workforce and clean location close to various forms of public transport. Close colleagues are friendly and great to work with.
Cons
No streamlined training or any training. Ego-driven drama where knowledge is gatekeeped and efficiency is severely affected due to petty (and often made up) interpersonal reasons. Inappropriate communication between teams, gossip, meetings are generally without objectives and only echo-chambers for individual-specific gossip or verbal-abuse (Never experienced the level of screaming in so many meetings than working here, no room to reach any agreement).
