Has never made a profit. Sales VPs promise products and services to corporate customers that haven't been developed yet, sell them at a fraction of the real cost and then take no responsibility for delivering them. Engineering execs brought on a huge number of incompetent people from DEK Vietnam to do the new work because they were cheap and then refuse to take any responsibility when they cant do it. Experts have to spend all day showing DEK people how to do things and cleaning up their mess. Former car industry engineering execs are focused on developing complex, rigid, old fashioned processes that are really inappropriate for a high tech scale-up. CEO doesn't seem to care that his VPs are clueless and stuffing everything up.
