Pros
Meeting some wonderful clients, given the opportunity to see what working in a really bad company is like.
Cons
Company has serious bullying issues which are simply swept under the carpet, limited training is provided, some management have no experience, qualifications within auditing and haven't got a clue what they are doing. Company is money orientated and will push auditors to work within sectors and industries which they are not qualified or competent to do so. Which results in auditors working too many hours without time off. There ia a culture of fear amongst the auditors who do not want to rock the boat as most are in retirement mode. Employs a large amount of sub contractors who are paid nearly double the standard auditor's rate. Lots of auditors do not do thier job correctlyy and get away with never raising Non Conformances when areas are identified because its too hard and they can't be bothered. They are putting peoples lives at risk by sending unqualified auditors into business/industries which they do not have the relevant experience or qualifications to audit. They have a Whistleblowers procedure which is the biggest joke written and unfortunatley it goes all the way to the top the Board are the biggest contributors for covering up.
