Pros
One of the major players in the information security services space in Europe. There is a good growth outlook and the team is great.
Cons
High amount of non-billable costs (sales, project management) harms competitiveness. The pressure is usually on the billable team to overperform instead of fixing the issue, which hurts motivation and decreases retention for the ones that matter. The company needs to overhaul its culture, become leaner and nurture its main asset: billable information security experts.
