Good work life balance; supportive team

Nothing much to say, honestly.

Great co workers, people are always friendly.

Middle Management- micromanaging, does not utilise the skills of their staff well. Very high workload and very little training for such a small pay-not worth it. High staff turnover, understaffed and over worked especially the hard workers.
