Toxic management with a blame culture that runs from the top down. Staff are expected to stay overnight 1 youth worker to 6 complex young people on a farm 45 minutes away from emergency services. The only support available is on call which is a telephone conversation with a coordinator who has no clinical knowledge or experience and recent experience working with youth (less than 5 years) Delivering therapeutic treatment with no qualified clinical psychologists overseeing workers or on site.
