LGBTQI and Reconciliation streams of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Cons

Have a fair secondment policy. I was given a managerial role without the pay or title even after the manager I was seconded to cover during her maternity leave resigned. They should also offer paid overtime or formal Time In Lieu. Their HR processes are unfair and outdated.
