Pros
Nothing. I have watched my coworkers belittled, bullied and hassled to resign for 3 years.
Cons
It is rotten from top to bottom. Middle managers have no experience being managers or even working with disabled people. It is only KPI. Favouritism is rife. We used to be able to apply for higher positions but now management chooses their favourites. You dont have a chance if you aren't favoured by management. Every minute is watched. I am tortured working here. I am applying for jobs in retail because my soul is destroyed.
