      Management only care about management. Zero respect for frontline workers. You are very dispensible no matter how hard you work. HR is a joke. Only there to cover up management behaviour.

      Supportive team, great onboarding process, people have a passion to help others, lots of internal training and upskilling to support participants

      Cons

      Not overly flexible with work hours, not a lot of opportunity for progression, understaffed at many points and you take on others jobs if they are away, repetitive tasks.
