Narcissistic, disorganised boss - Executive Assistant John Holland Employee Review

The part of the company I worked in was new and disorganised. I had a very difficult boss (who is a senior manager). He made big promises about my future at my interview but turned out to be so condescending, disparaging, sexist and narcissistic that I often cried after work. He terminated my employment on the last day of my probation period because I didn’t meet his needs (but perhaps also because I complained informally to HR) and I was immediately walked out of the office.
