      Work from anywhere. No micro managers. Self learn.

      Cons

      Poor management - led by people who still don't know what they're doing even after 6+ years of being top executives. Major redundancies every 6 months - sacked the talented and retained the wrong people. Low pay - they pay you thru shares that are worth even less than 5 cents in ASX market.

      Pros

      I worked there for 7 years and the culture was great until new management took over.

      Cons

      New management destroyed all morale and quietly restructured the business to avoid redundancy entitlements leaving loyal employees out of pocket and needing to fight for their rights.
