- Extremely poor and incompetent leadership in APJ since 2016 - White supremacist culture - Yes man culture Since 2016, most of the APJ mgt has traditionally spends most of the time at the gym working the guns out, hitting a few pints at the bar every other day and soaking afternoon spa. Some spend a lot of the time at karaoke bars (not sure if it's on their own tab or not). Very lazy and incompetent mgt. Success did not originate from the leadership, but rather from the few ground working folks who delivered year after year. This excludes the down under who are far and by large extremely lazy. APJ SE mgt team is outdated and lack modern working knowledge of the business and technology. Totally irrelevant to the market needs of today.
