      Good compensation for interns, Teams are generally approachable and willing to help, making it easier to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully. Hands-on exposure to data pipelines, internal knowledge systems, and enterprise workflow

      Cons

      Startup-style ambiguity: requirements and priorities can change quickly, which may sometimes create uncertainty around. But overall quite happy with my experience working here

      long hours , high stress, poor management, unpaid overtime, fake culture, promote good values, but even company dont follow them or believe in them, fake managers
