Good at the beginning, but culture deteriorated - Client Executive HUB24 Employee Review

Unfortunately, following the move to a new office, the culture slowly deteriorated. Over time, the environment became more toxic, with increased tension, reduced support, and a noticeable decline in morale. This shift significantly affected my experience and made the workplace challenging. Also, support for staff going through a tough personal time needs more work, essentially, a little more empathy would be appreciated.
