New CEO seems lovely, some of the people worked with were very nice.
Cons
Executive Staff, communications, systems, expected to gain 10-15% growth Year on year on your budget, but only offer a 2% wage increase. More Employee benefits at a supermarket then here. - FYI Executives and high level management get gifted company shares whilst everyone else has to salary sacrifice them.
