      Ok pay, but always looking to take something from you come EBA time. Decent bunch of coworkers.

      Cons

      Top management are corrupt. Most have been fired from other places. Middle management is incompetent (likely by design) Something goes wrong everyone but senior management take responsibility Scapegoating is common Horrible, toxic culture
