Pros

Learnt new Sales Skills to apply to different employer

Cons

after going through the massive process, being advised i had a position and moving my entire family and spending every last cent i had to pursue a new "amazing" life and career, I failed the 3 week training???? I was not even aware this could happen. I am sure it is written in a disclaimer somewhere but i had signed contracts, been introduced, ordered uniforms and then on the final assessment day i was informed, "sorry" Really??? Sorry?? i had no money left and no Job. We all learn at different paces and i am an incredibly hard worker. I had expected to learn more efficiently whilst in the actual position. 3 weeks of wasted time and still looking for a job trying to raise Children. It was implied the training for 3 weeks was to just get you started on the basics, like any other position you learn on the job.
