Pros
If you’re into playing politics, gaslighting, and working with people who care more about power than outcomes, you’ll thrive here. Otherwise… none.
Cons
Where do I even begin? This company is a masterclass in dysfunction. It’s run by political operators who have zero interest in real talent or outcomes—only in consolidating power. Anyone competent, driven, or ambitious? You’ll be pushed out, blocked from growth, or quietly sidelined because you’re a threat to the insecure people running the show. If you’re not part of the “inner circle,” good luck. Favoritism is blatant. People from certain backgrounds are consistently treated worse, and while it’s not always explicit, it’s absolutely felt. The emotional toll of working in this environment is unreal. Technically, the business is led by generalists who have no business running a highly specialized, technical operation. Wrong people, wrong seats, wrong results. And they wonder why customers are churning and leaving us scathing feedback? It’s a joke. Every 6–12 months, they change metrics like they change socks, wreck teams with unrealistic expectations, then go, “Oops, that didn’t work.” Meanwhile, people are getting fired based on those metrics. Turnover is astronomical. If you need proof, just look at how many people were hired and how fast they left. That should tell you everything.
