Pros

It was a great company before Fleetcor Americanized the culture

Cons

Went from a no BS Canadian type culture where everyone worked together to achieve a common goal , to a cliche American individualist corporate culture, where everyone pretends to collaborate. Not a good place to work if you have integrity, empathy or any other similar qualities.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.
