Pros
Good work, that is always different and challenging. Good people in branches and field service, can easily make good friends with most. Teams on the ground in depots will always help each other out.
Cons
Unprofessional management that doesn't listen to workers when it comes to specialised site rules. Managers claim to know about industry practices, but are clearly clueless. Managers are arrogant and condescending. Profits are more important thant people and customers. Slot of politics and back stabbing. Management are unrealistic on times for jobs. Different depots have no problem sending other depots poor quality equipment to get it out of their own depot.
