      Pros

      CoStar was a solid place to work for a chill work life balance. The benefits were great too and most of my team was awesome.

      Cons

      The technical work was not amazing and using more outdated tech stacks. Management was not great either and layoffs were not handled properly.

      Cut throat snakes that you will work with . Managers will favor certain reps over others . Misogynistic BS . Don’t be a woman here unless you are tough and can step up for your self . Old boys club networks . Unprofessional uneducated managers that don’t know what they’re doing
