      The title as an international firm.

      Cons

      To name a few: lack of work, lack of support, hierarchical (nearly toxic) culture, average/below average pay, losing client's confidence, etc.

      Pros

      They respect work life balance, and are very generous with heads-up during layoffs.

      Cons

      Basically no promotion opportunities, don't expect to move up a career ladder in IT here.

      Pros

      Hybrid work option, but that’s it. Would give zero stars if I could.

      Cons

      Micromanagement on steroids, no work-life balance, taking time off is frowned upon, no cameraderie or office culture whatsoever, not unusual to get emails from senior partners in the middle of the night
