      Good work life balance, good pay, stable environment, a lot of internal learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Some internal tech is clearly outdated, and the company is slowly moving away from it, but it takes a lot of time. If your team is not exposed to it, you might be building greenfield systems, but some teams feel like nothing is happening.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
