      Pros

      Management is good and helpful when they are needed. They do not get mad unless you keep on messing up the same things otherwise they are happy and nice to work with.

      Cons

      the warehouse has some issues with productivity and getting the proper parts to the welding side with proper dimensions.

      Great people to work with. Folks are hard working and care about the work being done. Not everyone finds this as enjoyable as some.
