      Pros

      The people here are real humans, and treat you like one. My career and development as a young woman is prioritised by my manager and team.

      Cons

      A lot of new growth and with that a lot of new people who don’t yet have the ‘Beca’ mentality. Have traditional/individualistic tendencies - not permanent though and takes time :)

      Pros

      Great learning curve, but no place for a career.

      Cons

      Its like working for a cult. The ego of the place is utterly revolting, the culture is one of bullying. For an engineering firm it lacks business innovation, and its salarys are appauling.
