Decent pay, but poor office culture and engagement - Paralegal Baker McKenzie Employee Review

Little to no office culture. Very cliquey, not much effort made to engage people in other teams. WFH policy not great. Very corporate in terms of having to attend facetime events which don’t add much value and doesn’t do much to increase employee morale e.g. town-halls Little opportunity for progression.
