Relentless redundancies have caused a huge knowledge gap so people are fumbling their way through their roles, working towards crazy deadlines while being hopelessly understaffed. There’s an acceptance of really poor behaviour from senior leaders which makes for hostile, tense and unpleasant interactions and an unproductive working environment.
