      Lots of responsibility - focus of training is to bring you up to a level where you can do work with little supervision Consistent work flow - rarely any downtime

      Work can be repetitive Difficult to communicate with upper management

      Pros

      The company generally has lovely people working and the hospitality jobs are amazing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with some of the upper management, there was a lot of toxic behaviour and long nights with deadlines. Not consistently, but there were 3ams

      Years of experience creates an amazing culture. Founders are great guys. Fabulous clients who facilitate exceptional design work.
