      Friendly people, very generous with staff, stocked kitchens, a great size to get things done with not too much red tape, interesting industry.

      Not huge so internal mobility not as easy as with larger corporates

      Pros

      Good team to be in to get an understanding of the energy industry and most functions of the company. Hybrid office/wfh policy.

      Cons

      New activities come along and can't always get early full picture/understanding due to ongoing workload
