      You are employed, and getting paid.

      Cons

      -Unfair metrics/KPIs not in keeping with contracted working hours. -the impossible targets mean bonuses will be almost impossible to achieve. -rude management. Jumped to conclusions, and reprimanded me for my health condition instead of helping with work adjustments. -poor training. collleagues training when they are free and convenient for them. Means it's impossible to meet one's targets early on. Withholding of information.

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
