      Ok money, good team, and not far flight from Perth

      Cons

      Company obsessed with DEI garbage despite most people moving over from it. 3 head offices for one producing asset, lots of dead wood sitting in offices.

      They dont spend money on people. Dirty public toilets and offices. Low salaries and short sighted management.
