Great company, horrendous leaders

Pros

Pay is decent Nice office Some flexibility (if in a good team) Mostly decent folk 10 free games a year (EA ones)

Cons

The leadership team, are truly amateurish; a couple of years ago they restructured and put a new inexperienced team in place whose only purpose seems is serving themselves. It’s like they’re pretending to be leaders but actually have no clue whatsoever. It’s become a toxic environment and boysclub culture with these people now leading the ship. The only way to get ahead is to become a sycophant and talk dirt on others.

Toxic Experience

Pros

Nice office and minor perks such as free games.

Cons

Low pay and long hours. Upper management boys club. They only care about the bottom dollar and do whatever they can to put as many dark patters as possible into their games. Overall they are an extremely unethical company that don't care about their staff. Get used to being nothing more than a number.
