Nothing positive culture, value and ethics are are only in writing

Cons

its is amazing how poor a company is regardless of how much money they make. Managers spend their time on how to keep their team down and prevent progress to ensure that they are seen as the hero's by taking other people's ideas and hold them as their own.

Nalcolab... if you want a political company -- this is the one for you

None any more - unless you know how to play the politics.

Cons

Company acquiring companies to grow bottom line at the expense of long serving loyal employees. The office culture from Nalco for example is being pushed into the Ecolab associates. Nalco are political and back stabbers and have remove Ecolab employees in favour of their own.
