Unfortunately a lot of red tape for decision making, decision making not local. Salary could be better for amount of work but that is probably my experience

Really low salary Not many options for career advancement Progress is not based on better performance or knowledge but on who prefers management Management is a mess and they treat their workers in disrespectful ways. Safety at work is a joke. They talk about not having accidents and they have a screen counting the days. But the counter is never updated. In my time there, there were numerous quite serious accidents that I understand would be hidden from higher management. Examples: a worker almost lost a finger and had to be treated in an emergency and have stitches put in his hand, or another who had stitches in his head... None of this was considered a work accident.. Many many more things
