      - Monthly staff lunches - Free daily snacks and drinks - Workload can be high at times but they aren’t complicated to do - Supervisor is very supportive - Monthly employee awards - Annual Christmas hams, hampers and gift cards for everyone - Annual company-wide pay increase

      Pros

      Lots of office perks - soft drinks, snacks and monthly lunches. It's a very relaxed environment in terms of the job itself.

      Cons

      Only one major one - you're ranked and rewarded based on how many sick days you didn't take at the end of the financial year, rather than on your work performance. There are no incentives or individual rewards for work performance.
