Not a great company if you're looking to work somewhere long term

Pros

- Depending on where you work, you can have a supportive team of co-workers (not senior or higher level staff though)

Cons

- Advocates for and uses ABA therapy (has been reported to be traumatic and cause PTSD for autistic people) - Driven by KPIs, you're never doing enough work for the company. I was told to book more clients so I'd be well over my KPIs in case there were non billable cancellations (meaning I'd be seeing 6-8 clients everyday, often a mix of clinic, home and schools) - High turnover of staff due to burnout - Poor support and professional development for new graduates

Decent pay, supportive colleagues, nice clients

Cons

Literally everything else! Your actual job will not even remotely match your contract, you'll get almost no resources to do your job, your supervision will not be supportive, you'll get blamed for every little mistake instead of trusted or collaborated with. And you'll have to use only a very specific therapy style that's not up-to-date. It's no wonder the company depends almost entirely on overseas trained therapists (and mistreats them!) and inexperienced and overworked new grads. They cannot retain staff!
