      • Working on great products, • Attending talks from winners of the James Dyson Award, • Joining a UX/UI designers’ sketching club, • Free lunch and bus service, • Support from line managers, • Lots of young people within the company - Dyson institute students, graduates and interns.

      Cons

      - Line manager support varied greatly between teams I worked within - sometimes it was not amazing - you may be unlucky - Pays software engineers below market rate -Not a software first company
