      Good culture but challenging work-life balance and promotions

      Good people, good social events, decent base pay, hybrid work options

      Cons

      Project Management system could be better, constantly changing SOPs causing confusion across the company, not much opportunity for promotion / internal development, Work-life-balance can be tricky with expected weekend work and overtime - time in lieu is available though
