There is endless roadblocks to getting anything done. The systems are ancient, broken and IT is extremely difficult to deal with. The culture is awful - super hierarchical and the people at the top are on an ego trip and totally unqualified to be at that level. The ideas are stale and innovation is extremely low. It haemorrhaging employees as the defence contract ends mid next year and the company is also making mass layoffs. Its a very old fashion environment (average employee age is 45 so go figure) They also seem to promote people who have multiple accusations if bulling because they know HR is useless/ under-resourced and cannot handle it. Nobody knows who Jacob is. He is a total enigma who is too good to speak to anyone below him outside of his direct reports.

Disfunctional executive , discriminatory practices and no sense of being in a cohesive team or in a business with a clear sense of direction. High staff turnover very low female management ratios a "bloke" management team headed by a number of chronies.
