      - Starting salary can be generous - Good design heritage - Still some talent in the firm

      Cons

      - Designit has little, almost no synergy with Wipro’s brand positioning and value proposition - There’s no appetite for growth or innovation - It’s a sinking ship, some UX designers will stick around to work on IT ticket desk experiences but Designit will be no more

      Pros

      Collaborative, Curious, and talented people. Salaries are good, at least in our studio (Global company so pay can vary around the world).

      Cons

      Some projects are for clients with legacy systems and cultures, so your outlook can change greatly depending on project work. It's the same old thing for most agency work.
