Pros

- Flexible and hybrid working (1 day in office expected, would be better totally remote) - Freedom to take medical appointments when needed, trusted to take ownership of own time and workload - Great team on my current account, with a genuine interest in pushing for innovation and driving strong results - Some ability to push back on client requests on short or ridiculous turnarounds -Plenty of annual leave with generous Christmas holiday, birthday day and 3 wellness days and 2 volunteering days

Cons

- Lots of clients leaving, constant reshuffling and quitting of SLT, staff likely to be leaving soon as going downhill - Disgusting handling of bonuses and ASR this year, bonus carrot dangled for no reason. And ASR revoked ONE DAY BEFORE DUE TO BE PUT IN PLACE! Absolutely shameful, no pay rise = pay cut. Salary already not competitive compared to most other jobs on LinkedIn! - Pay not fair across accounts, having worked on more than one account, some people work 100x harder than others and have 100x more work to do. Flat line pay makes us busy accounts feel really undervalued - Siloed in your role, no chance to explore other departments or learn much outside of account - Borderline harassment over the need to complete useless Meta qualifications so the agency looks good
