      The culture is horrific multiple people have complained about bullying and how mangers turn a blind eye to it

      Pros

      Generally a great team to work with, and everyone is focused on getting Datascape ERP refined and polished. Lots of ideas and communication between teams. Datacom as a company seems like an ethical place to work. They donate a lot of money behind the scenes to charities and have a strong focus on diversity.

      Cons

      Salary progression can stall even if you're on top of asking for reviews and increases. Too many levels of management means too many cooks and often it's very hard to know what you're meant to be focusing on.
