      Top heavy management and couldn’t care less for hard workers. All about who you know, not what you know to get promoted.

      Good team dynamic, ok perks and wfh

      Cons

      utilisation based working, not great, need to be at least 80% utilised on billable work. Not great for feeling valued when your work is valued based on you utilisation not how good you are at your job.
