Good place to work if you're not looking for leadership
Pros
- Decent company culture - Good head office - Exposure to new technologies - Internal Interviews for job progression - Good people - Able to do bare minimum - If you do not like a client they will do their best to accommodate
Cons
- You are not given resources to effectively do your job - SDM's struggle to do their job & expect you to do stuff for them - Documentation is subpar - Slow at getting access to client sites & resources - Team leaders are yes men - Over worked - A lot of people do bare minimum - Escalation process' are extremely outdated - No access to simple documents like "Scope of work" for customers - Clients usually get what they want at the expense of lower teams - If a client decides to leave you are expected to train up your replacements - Service desk's are extremely overworked & some of the Team leaders are only out for themselves.
