Pros

Management used to be great. They were kind, attentive and interested in your growth. The only pro is the system infrastructure in comparison to their competitors and that’s probably why many people stay there.

Cons

Leadership. They keep you where they want only because it benefits them. They have no intention in helping you grow, unless it benefits them. Culture is extremely toxic. Pitting staff against each other behind their backs, unethical practices and behaviours in offices which do not get addressed. Racist and racial slurs are often used in office. Very low pay compared to competitors. Lack of accountability and compassion from team leaders. Multiple restructuring over the last 3 years. Place is a mess.

Pros

Fancy office with gym and cafe

Cons

Don't work here if you are a young female. The workplace is very male dominated and it wouldn't have been an issue for me if I did not hear alot of weird and uncomfortable comments about me daily. Was yelled at by coworkers and bystander coworkers said nothing. Managers are unsupportive and made demeaning comments on a daily basis. Unsupportive training. Was expected to drive my own training and figure things out byself. Asking questions was only encouraged through their words but not their actions as every question I asked was mocked. Most managers and coworkers were too busy to even answer my questions, so was left to my own devices.
