      Very good products and Technical support a standard for the Market and overall technical back up for clients and staff

      Shut down operations in Mozambique due to business environment. Networking still an issue. Decision making too up the chain but overall freedom to staff on their sector...

      If you're part of the country club culture you will rise within the organization but if you are not, good luck. The French influence is good and bad. The good first....they value their natural resources (aggregates, equipment). The bad...they don't value their people.
